Shian is 30 years old, dedicated, humble business woman, working for a newspaper company.

 

She wants to become Editor, and knows she can make a difference. Co-workers become jealous

of her praise within the office.Problems arise when Shian’s co-workers taunt her quietly, and start rumours about her.
 
Shian must decide if she stays with the company that she believes in, or moves on away from the bullies.
 
So that she can work in a non-toxic environment. Yet she is at cross roads as she doesn’t want to give into the bullies. Otherwise the bullies will continue and potentially result in someone taking their life.
